To me, Alegrías are the perfect example of how Flamenco evolves. Although they were born in Cádiz through the fusion of various musical influences, they represent a broader truth: Flamenco has always embraced different sounds to enrich itself. This openness is a direct reflection of the cultural diversity that has defined the Iberian Peninsula since time immemorial.
